The above fees are intended per week and for a maximum of 4 people; The cottage offers: living room with kitchen equipments, two rooms with one bathroom. The services are: Satellite colour TV and radio, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, equipped kitchen with dishwasher and garden.
At your arrival you will find the set courtesy and linen (bed\bath) in the bathroom.

Check-In: rooms/suite are available from 15:00.
Check-Out: Please leave the rooms before 10.00, in order for us to clean and prepare them for the following guest.
Booking: We only accept reservations followed by the payment of
a deposit equal to the first two days stay per person.
Cancellation Terms: Cancellation of reservation, late arrivals and advance departures are always unwelcome, for both parties. In these circumstances, we will be forced to charge the first 2 days of the booked stay(holding the paid confirmation deposit) in case of cancellations / deletions up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations / cancellation date below (<14 days) and in case of late arrival and / or early departures will be charged for all days booked. Unused services, particularly non consumed meals are not refundable.
With payment of the deposit, the booking conditions and
especially the cancellation conditions are deemed understood and legally accepted in full.
Insurance: To avoid loss of confirmation deposit if cancellation
is made in advance (> 14 days prior to arrival) or charged
entire stay if cancellation given under (<14 days before
arrival) and late arrival and / or early departure, we offer the possibility of buying a special insurance. Detailed information on request.
